Well-established Transportation Company located in North Orange County
looking for a reliable and dedicated Office Assistant!

►Hours: 8:30AM-5:15PM (Monday-Friday)

►Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assisting in the routing of incoming calls, handling customer questions and inquiries, light data entry, file maintenance, bank deposits, organizing inventory room, other administrative duties as required.

Requirements/Skills:


•Bilingual; Spanish
•Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
•Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
•Comfortable, friendly and professional on the phone
•Strong organizational skills
•Self-motivated, willingness and ability to learn
•Excellent Customer Service Skills
•Dependable; great attendance and punctuality record
