Millennium Auto Sales is seeking a customer service representative who can learn quickly and adapt to a high pace environment. We have been established for nearly 20 years and constantly growing. The ideal candidate for this position will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer. Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing to competitive models. Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; meeting prospects; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries. Understand buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features. Begin and finalize sales process. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Applicant must have High Diploma/GED. Bilingual is preferred and encouraged to apply. Must have great customer service and communication skills. Computer skills is a must. Previous automotive experience would be great but not necessary.
