We are seeking an ADMIN ASSISTANT / SECRETARY to join our team!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Schedule appointments on several softwares
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Make outbound telephone calls to confirm appointments
- Implement organized filing systems/ scan documents daily
- Text/ email clients daily requesting tax documents missing for future appointments.
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a must.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential documents.
- Must be able to work on saturdays when needed.
- Must be able to stay 1-2 hours late if needed to make call backs at the end of the day and connect the CEO with clients.
- Bank runs
- Light errands may be needed from time to time.
The owner has been in business for over 25 years and has been in practice here in West Los Angeles all this time. We have about 3,500 clients that we do personal and business tax returns with potential to continue to grow in the next years. The office is eager to get the next employee to join our team!
