This role is ideal for across all disciplines who have a real interest and clarity about developing a career in finance and team management. Previous experience, while an advantage, is not a prerequisite as our training and development program is both ongoing and extremely important to us.

Training & Development Program
The successful candidates will go through an intensive training and development program working directly with one of the firm's partners who will help them develop the core skills required to succeed, including: how to effectively research; how to engage with executives in a consultative and strategic business conversation to effectively convey the unique value of our innovative platform; and how to effectively build and manage your pipeline in a manner that delivers consistent results. From the mid-way point through the conclusion of the training program, the option will exist to transition into a more complex and autonomous leadership role. Based on your aptitude for leadership and your results in this more sophisticated role, the most successful candidates will, within 90 days, be afforded direct access to our team Management Career Track.
