Primary Function: The position requires leadership and administration in the following facets of Human Resources:

  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • HRIS
  • Employee Relations
  • Health & Safety
  • Workers Compensation / Case Management
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Performance Management
  • Communication & New Hire Orientation Program
  • Facilitation of HR issues and Conflict Management
  • Training & Development
  • Job Descriptions
  • Policy Development & Administration
  • Coordination of Training, Interviews & Meetings
  • Support VP in HR Strategic Objectives
  • Management of day-to-day employee issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ year of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Master’s preferred
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Computer / Database skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows
  • Knowledge of State/Province and Federal Employment Laws
  • Working in a multi-state/ multi-location environment
  • Highly effective Interpersonal skills
