Job Description Administrative Assistant / Receptionist M-F 8:00am to 5 pm The Receptionist is responsible for the front office and reception area management. Perform administrative and census entry duties. Assist the director/manager with department responsibilities.
Position Overview: Responsible for front office and reception area management Performs administrative and census entry duties Assists the director/manager with department responsibilities Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Responsibilities: Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner Send and receive/route incoming faxes Responsible for outgoing mail and sorting/routing incoming mail Maintain fax and postage machines Data entry as assigned Miscellaneous filing Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Three to five (3-5) years experience in office management, bookkeeping.
