Associate Administrator

At MDH Network, we support adult Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical conditions, and/or behavioral challenges that reside in our adult residential facilities (“homes”) located in Southern California. We are seeking a person who is committed to the mental health sector and who aspires to become an Adult Residential Administrator.

Reporting to the regional operations manager, this position provides the required training in the development of effective leadership and managerial skills to successfully become an Adult Residential Administrator. The associate administrator is responsible for completing an assigned learning program which provides the foundation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role and responsibilities of an administrator in accordance with state and federal laws, Home & Community Based Services (HCBS), Title 17, and Title 22.

This position will be responsible for assigned projects in the field which help the employee achieve key learning goals by applying new knowledge to real-life situations.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, psychology or sociology, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement in an adult residential facility
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience

Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
