Job Description

The right candidate would posses the skills to effectively manage the facilities of various offices throughout Rhode Island.

Must possess the skillset to repair or correct minor facility concerns.

When needed, coordinate vendors for cleaning ,office repairs, renovations, pest controls, etc;

Insures all facilities are up to code for state and federal safety

Plan , coordinate and oversee all equipment installations, service calls, office moves .

Monitor utilities and develop strategy to minimize costs .

Must be comfortable working with outside vendors regarding quotes

Order, manage and distribute general supply needs while adhering to budget.

Ability to respond to after hour/weekend facility issues.

Serve on quality improvement and safety committees

Perform other duties as required

Must possess reliable transportation.

Proven experience in multi site facility management experience or relevant professional experience ..
