Job Description
We are seeking an Order Processing Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by taking orders, prepare samples, returns and other requests from customers
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and other inquiries
- Prepare sample package requested by sales agents
- prepare invoicing for customers
- Inventory control
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing or other related fields
- Basic excel skills
- detail oriented
- speak both English and Spanish
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
