Working with active duty members and their families at the Naval branch Health Clinic

Qualifications:

Board Certified

Active license in ANY state

Minimum 1 year experience in a family practice setting

Position overview:

The Family Practitioner will provide general screening and medical care and examinations of patients for routine, acute and chronic conditions involving any and all organ systems; provide immunizations; diagnose, treat, and counsel patients as indicated. Additionally, the provider will promote preventive care and health maintenance including annual physicals, positive health behaviors and self-care through both formal and individual education and counseling.

This position is working on base in the Naval Health Clinic and is working with active duty members and their families.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 

730am-430pm

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able and willing to reprioritize on short notice and work on multiple simultaneous projects. Flexible and able to work with various personalities. Team work skills required. Time management skills required. The ability to meet deadlines in a deadline intensive environment is essential. High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
