In this role you will acquire knowledge of each of our solutions and our services. You will be tasked with answering customer calls, as well as responding to customer emails and requests. You will provide administrative support to our internal and external clients with heavy emphasis on computer work and data entry and management. You will review and take action on daily internal reporting to resolve customer issues and exceed expectations.
Customer Service Reps are highly effective communicators; they work across channels utilizing their unique understanding of our customer’s needs. They communicate our policies, programs and solutions clearly and effectively. Our Customer Service Reps maintain speed and accuracy related to computer work: record-keeping, navigation, data entry and file management.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
