MCO is expanding and opening new branches. We are currently interviewing and hiring immediately for entry level positions to grow and develop into trainers and team leaders to the management roles for our new branches.
At this moment, we are looking for energetic, career minded individuals to aid us with our expansion goal. The candidates selected will be hired and trained as entry level representatives for the Orlando area to promote and advance into positions for our expansions. Our training program is designed to cross-train in all aspects of customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and promotions of our clients products and services, as well as incorporate communication and team leadership. We work in a fun fast paced environment meeting directly face to face with our customers. The focus is to develop great team members, leaders, trainers, and leadership roles of managers for overseeing the marketing for a Fortune 100/500 client and supervising a team of 10 to 20 employees.
All individuals with experience in customer service, theme parks, Disney, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Downtown Disney, Outlet Malls, commission retail, Disney Springs, Island's of Adventure, sales, marketing, public relations, call center, face to face customer service, retail, hospitality fields should apply. Those with little to no experience are also welcome, due to the fact that we only promote from with in. Integrity, work ethic, professionalism, student mentality, and people skills are a must!
