Customer Service Representative

Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a busy manufacturing company based in Corry PA.

Position: CSR
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: Starting pay is $14.00-$16.00 BOE

*Job Description*
The Order Entry Representative will be responsible for entering orders/data, managing customer service issues, and supporting manufacturing efforts. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, along with strong computer / data entry skills. 

Responsibilities and Duties
* Customer Service *
* Work with customers and production to resolve issues 
* Form professional relationships with customers 
* Follow up with return claims to check on the status and relay messages onto the appropriate individual(s) 
* Administrative Tasks 
* Maintain updated records 
* Prepare and send quotes and other materials 
* Order & Data Entry
* Perform order entry in Infor Visual maintaining superior level of accuracy 
* Assist online and call-in customers 
* Create PO for drop ship order from other US vendors 
* Communicate with production and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc.…) 
* Guard the margins per order 
* Proofread orders done by others 
* Maintain all systems and daily filing tasks 

*Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested
