Job Description

Growing medical billing company seeking a motivated and detail oriented medical billing professional. The Client Liaison acts as a resource between our business and other entities to streamline operations, develop and foster relationships, resolve issues, improve communications and generally ensure that the relationship succeeds. Provides support to other interoffice departments. Ability to speak and advise on industry trends/issues. Intermediate Excel skills. Operates at direction of director level Client Service leadership and independently in planning and prioritizing work activities; takes personal ownership and managers customers' expectations.


  • Liaison between the client and MBMS and serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Proactive monitoring of customer financials, results, workflow and analytics
  • Provide high level customized support to clients, recognizing and adapting to clients' expectations
  • Ensure that customers are kept fully informed of results
  • Maintain business relation with current client and ensuring a successful longevity partnership
  • Understand metrics and industry specifics and be able to communicate findings to clients
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and events

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field with managerial experience (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in RCM activities

This position is currently offered in a temporary telework arrangement.
