WAREHOUSE SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATES

MBI, Inc., one of the nation’s leading direct marketing companies, is looking to hire several associates to work in our fulfillment operation at our 200,000 sqft Torrington location. We are a fulfillment operation tasked with shipping products directly to customers and everything that must happen ahead of shipping to prepare the products ordered to be shipped.

Associates are assigned to various areas including shipping, inspection, packaging, handling returns, light assembly, and personalizing products using laser engraving and heat transfer equipment.

The job would primarily be performed in production areas set up in the warehouse. We pride ourselves on creating a safe and clean workspace that is set up to help associates get the best possible results. It is a fast-paced environment.

Most jobs are quickly trainable and your supervisor, and your co-workers, will help you to catch on - bring a positive and hard-working attitude and you will be successful. And, we are also proud that most of our higher-level positions are filled by associates who are first hired at this level.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.

• Motivated, energetic, and dedicated to the highest standards of excellence
