We are a rapidly growing design, import and distribution company (national & international) with our own kids’ and youth furniture brands. We sell to large furniture chains, small independent retailers and through the e-commerce channel (owned and 3rd party). We are seeking a NEW member for our customer service/e-commerce team!

 

General description of position:

Our growing customer base includes large and small brick and mortar stores all over the US and into Canada and some other countries, large e-commerce channels like Amazon, Wayfair and our own direct to consumer selling websites as well as our retail store. Customer service is the lifeblood of our business – taking care of all our customers’ questions and issues in a courteous, accurate and fast way is critical. The job includes direct contact with retailers, end-users and 3rd party service providers such as e-commerce channels and logistics companies through phone, live chat, and in-person at our retail store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process incoming inquiries like phone, chat and e-mails.

Resolve customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

Invoicing, credit memo’s and parts requests.

Order processing and fulfillment – Attention to detail and meticulous follow-through is critical.

Special projects such as e-commerce data sheets, price-list creation and customer communication through mass e-mails just to name a few examples.

This is a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multi-task is critical.

 

SKILLS:

Experience working in/managing a customer service team using online chat systems is required

Microsoft Office Suite on PC, (in particular Excel skills) are required

Excellent verbal and written etiquette for communication with customers related to product, logistics, and customer account status is a must

Previous experience with online sales, shipping and order fulfillment is required

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify+ is a plus
