Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the plan of care developed for the patient in accordance with physician’s orders.

Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Provide healthcare instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.

Adhere to all of Maxim’s policies and procedures.

Report to the Clinical Lead with any necessary information that pertains to the patient’s well-being and care.

Schedule:

3x weekdays, evening shift, 3p-10p
