Job Description

Area Manager in Training needed for fast paced membership based spa!

Principal duties include:

1. Demonstrate a full commitment to providing the best possible experience for clients and employees

2. Responsible for maximizing revenues flow through to meet or exceed budget

3. Monitor inventory of supplies as well as equipment

4. Work with the District Manager to meet revenue objectives and setting goals.

5. Identify potential business in market

6. Maintain relationships with local companies’ key people to increase the company visibility within the local market

7. Promote a full customer satisfaction

8. Ensure that all guest related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company goals objectives

9. Recruit qualified applicants

10. Train employees in accordance with company standards

11. Communicate all policies procedures to entire staff

12. Conduct regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property, activities, and goals

13. Build solid client relationships in Carmel and surrounding areas

14. Keeping up with paperwork both clients and employee.

15. Oversee operations at Carmel, IN location and play a key role in development of new location.

Position Requirements:

-Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality

-Must work well under pressure and be able to multi-task

-Management experience in customer service or sales field preferred

-Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, management and front desk staff

-Able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends
