The Sales Associate will engage with customers directly to promote the products and services of our clients inside of major retail venues. Our clients offer products and services in the consumer electronics space, providing cutting-edge entertainment and technology. The sales associate should have great communication and presentation skills, an energetic attitude, and a passion for entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities of Sales Associate Include:

  • Engage customers in products and services by building good rapport, answering their questions, and offering targeted information about other products and services based on their interests and needs
  • Identify and manage the needs of customers
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information
  • Drive sales of clients' products and services directly to consumers inside major retail venues
  • Upsell products and services according to customers needs and wants
  • Keep track of customer interactions, inquiries, and comments with details of any actions taken
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals
  • Develop understanding and expertise in all aspects of business operations
  • Participate in company Management Training Program to learn all about business operations, recruitment and marketing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales position or retail environment preferred, but not required
  • Associates and Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable with electronic products
  • Ability to commute in and to San Jose, CA
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
