The Brand Marketing Associate will be responsible for representing our clients' brands as a warm, trusted team members in major retail venues. You will market consumer electronic services directly to store members, provide exceptional customer service and drive sales on behalf of our Fortune 100 clients.

Responsibilities of Brand Marketing Associate Include:
- Engage customers in products and services by building good rapport, answering their questions, and offering targeted information about other products and services based on their interests and needs
- Identify and manage the needs of customers
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
- Drive sales of clients' products and services through direct marketing strategies
- Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Maintain records of transactions and process customer orders
- Keep track of customer interactions, inquiries, and comments with details of any actions taken
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Outstanding communication skills
- Comfortable with electronic products and services
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required
- Able to commute in San Jose, CA
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, sports or customer service/sales preferred
- Weekly Pay ($600-$1,000/wk) plus incentives
