Brand Ambassador Marketing

MAS Advertising is looking for a dynamic individual to join our expanding team as a Junior Brand Ambassador.

This role will work extensively in a retail environment with the Sales team and collaborate on in-store promotions and direct marketing strategies. Our interactive marketing approach to building our clients' brands has proven to be effective in driving sales and promoting positive brand awareness.

Responsibilities of the Junior Brand Ambassador Include:

  • Build excellent rapport with store members in a retail-based environment
  • Face-to-face marketing, sales and customer service
  • Handling subsequent sales inquiries
  • Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers
  • Providing accurate product and service information
  • Living our commitment to providing an incredible service every day
  • Contributing to an excellent working environment and team culture


  • 1-2 years of Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality or Brand Ambassador experience preferred
  • Excellent Communication and People Skills
  • Desire to Advance in your Career
  • Ability to commute to San Jose, CA
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required


  • Weekly Pay ($600-$1,000/wk) plus Incentives
  • Ongoing training and development
