Job Description
Human Resources Manager
Martin Technologies is a full-service engineering and manufacturing company providing global solutions to the automotive industry. We are looking for experienced talent to join our Human Resources team overseeing multiple US locations with ~100 employees.
Key Job Functions:
- Oversee HR department (2-3 direct reports plus multiple program and site managers)
- Reporting directly to VP and CEO
- HR Compliance
- Employee Interface
- Recruiting
- Employee Onboarding
- Benefits Administration
- Corporate Insurance Policies
- Payroll
- General Office Support (phone, email, guests)
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional HR experience
- Effective communicator with a positive attitude
- Experience in fast paced work environment
- Detail oriented and capable of multitasking to achieve fast deadlines
- Skilled in gathering, managing, and analyzing data
Computer Proficiencies:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Payroll Software (Paychex, ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
