Human Resources Manager

Martin Technologies is a full-service engineering and manufacturing company providing global solutions to the automotive industry. We are looking for experienced talent to join our Human Resources team overseeing multiple US locations with ~100 employees.

Key Job Functions:

  • Oversee HR department (2-3 direct reports plus multiple program and site managers)
  • Reporting directly to VP and CEO
  • HR Compliance
  • Employee Interface
  • Recruiting
  • Employee Onboarding
  • Benefits Administration
  • Corporate Insurance Policies
  • Payroll
  • General Office Support (phone, email, guests)

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional HR experience
  • Effective communicator with a positive attitude
  • Experience in fast paced work environment
  • Detail oriented and capable of multitasking to achieve fast deadlines
  • Skilled in gathering, managing, and analyzing data

Computer Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word

  • Email
  • Payroll Software (Paychex, ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
