Job Description


The Microsoft Dynamics Administrator will serve as the primary support and champion of the Dynamics platform. This role will oversee the administration, maintenance, field support, customization, and configuration of the platform. S/he will partner with internal teams to assess system requests, assist with system trainings as needed and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This individual will navigate a high growth environment that requires adaptability to shifting priorities, working with undefined processes, and partnering closely with internal teams.


  • Must be a reliable developer comfortable working within and understanding CRMs and using skills to effectively move data from one CRM to another.
  • Ability to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to analyze requirements.
  • Ability to learn and understand a complex, existing application with minimal guidance.
  • Speed and accuracy make one candidate stand out over another.
  • Good knowledge of various technologies in the Microsoft Framework.
  • Someone familiar with high-level security procedures and working within databases securely.
  • Data Reporting, and leveraging that information into new and existing systems.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field, preferably 3-5 years working within the same company exposed to different technology life-cycles & implementations
  • Preferred Skills: CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Office365, SharePoint
  • Experience with Azure development items such as function apps, logic apps
  • Experience with application integration highly preferred
  • Microsoft certifications preferred
  • Any exposure to Financial databases/CRM is a plus
