We want to begin developing long-term technician talent who is interested in growing with the company while we continue to expand. We will help you find your sweet spot; whether it be field, plant floor, mechanical, electrical, controls, or chemical and create avenues for you to grow professionally for higher earning power.
You will be exposed to opportunities learning from seasoned technical experts and field-based professionally licensed engineers:
o All kinds of material; different grades of Stainless Steel, schedule 80 PVC and CPVC, homogeneous high purity piping, among others
o Techniques using torches and ProPress
o Small to large pipe sizes
o Basic carbon steel to stainless steel materials
o Using digital controlled welding equipment
o Many different welding methods
o Control panel design, layout, and wiring
o Low voltage control wiring
o Selecting the correct wire size and types
o Field wiring
o Wiring our manufactured equipment
o Solar and wind power generation
o Common voltages in the USA include 24VDC, 120VAC, 220VAC, 460VAC
o Global voltages and Hertz requirements
o Cooling tower
o Equipment and pipe cleaning

Interpreting Engineered Drawings:
o CAD drawings
o Bar napkin drawings

o Process and Instrumentation Drawings (PID)
Interpersonal and Communication Skills; our clients and staff include:
o Plant, facility, maintenance, etc managers
o Foreign country Ambassadors
o Office personnel
o All different races, ages, religions, languages, and backgrounds nation-wide and World-wide
o Pressure testing
o Control package testing
o System performance testing
o Installation Qualification Operational Qualification (IQOQ) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures and documentation
Beginning Duties Include, But Not Limited To:
Basic plumbing/pipefitting skills
Keep the shop clean and organized
Assist season technicians in the field and at the shop and learn under them
With supervision, assembling equipment being manufactured
Provide solutions to problems
May be required to return to work when major problems are encountered on off-shifts or weekends. This is not common but does happen.
Basic carbon steel welding
Preparing and epoxy painting our manufactured skids after welding is complete.
Proactively communicate recommendations to clients
Assist plant floor manufacturing as needed.
Basic equipment start-up and support with our written service procedures.
Filling out maintenance sheets and logging your activities.
You need to be mechanically oriented
Basic exposure to welding
Basic system maintenance concepts
Ability to read field service manuals and ask associated questions
Have a strong desire to learn the above
You must be able to say Please and Thank you
You must understand the concept of cleaning up after yourself
