The Warehouse Industrial Sanitation team is key to the health and morale of our entire company. This role involves cleaning walls and floors; gathering & disposing of trash and recyclables; sanitizing breakrooms, bathrooms, and other areas; and restocking coolers and coffee areas. Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Independent problem solver, yet not afraid to seek help or guidance when necessary.

• Must pass forklift/pallet-jack safety certification. We use Raymond lifts.

• Capable of stacking/pulling rubbish freight safely on/off of pallets into GFL compactor on site.

• Pointed eye for detail cleaning, ensuring all bathroom and break areas are clean and safe for team members.

• Willingness to model company core value of Selfless Service, which is going above the norm to achieve greatness.

• Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties at any time.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 Years of Warehousing Experience preferred, not required. This is an entry level role.

• Preferred skills include problem solving, fast-pace, an eye for details, and above all care for the team.

Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, and Travel Requirements

• Physical Requirements

o Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.

o Must be able to push up to 100+ pounds palletized.

o Must be able to pull up to 100+ pounds palletized.

• Capable of pulling large bags out of trash cans, up to shoulder height; twisting between slots and pallets; standing on motorized pallet jacks.
