In this essential customer service role, you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike will depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service as you answer customer phone calls and schedule appointments in our busy call-center! You can expect to be in the office for 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with a rotating schedule to provide coverage on weekends and certain holidays. Much of your time is spent resolving customer concerns and assisting managers in administrative tasks as needed. We will need you to provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients and employees. We will also need your amazing organizational skills to help keep the office running smoothly.   • 2 or more years of experience scheduling appointments and/or dispatching in a call center
  • High school diploma
  • Skills in Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Willing and able to work some weekends and evenings
  • Experience with dispatch is a plus!
