W-2 Weekly Pay, (Lease Purchase option) Long Haul Open Deck Truck Driver.
M&D Transport (based out of Mokena, IL) is a tiny, family owned and operated company that handles Full and LTL loads on RGN's, Step Deck Flatbeds or Conestogas. We would like to double our size by 2023 to 20 trucks.
Start out for 30 - 60 day's making excellent money on a W-2 or 1099 weekly paycheck. Then you can speak with the owner about leasing our truck and trailer if you desire, or stay a company driver with 2 weeks paid vacation every year, and generous home-time.
We have all 2019 and Newer Tractors. Top of the line, nicely equipped 53' Reitnouer Low-Pro Step-decks, Conestoga Step-Decks or RGNs.
M &D TRANSPORT offers: Per mile pay (all authorized miles paid, Loaded or empty).
* Layover Pay * Detention Pay * Tarp Pay. Blue Cross / Blue Shield available 50/50 split, after 1 year 100% paid, or 2 wk paid vacation. All new and expertly maintained and equipped trucks/trailers (reducing down time) 24/7 dispatch (to handle any potential issues) Fuel card and Pre-Pass + provided. Keep Truckin' ELD. Company owned Maintenance Facility.
M&D Transport is a Heavy-Haul / Oversize specialist, but no drivers will pull a load they are not ready or comfortable with. .10 per mile kicker for all O/S loads up to 12' wide max. No escort loads to slow you down.
Minimum Requirements: Valid CDL Minimum 21 years old 2 years OTR verifiable open deck experience. * Clean MVR record * Clean criminal record * Must pass a drug test * Must apply for a TWIC.
