This Student Life Administrative Coordinator will assist and support Lyon students and provide administrative support to the Student Life staff. Applicants must be able to provide a welcoming, accepting, safe, and nurturing environment to Lyon College’s diverse student population. Responsibilities include general administrative office duties, event and meeting coordination, supervision of student workers, maintenance of office documents and webpages, serving as the primary liaison between students/office visitors and the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students and the Associate Dean of Students. Preferred candidates will be outgoing and comfortable working with students and the general public, possess a knowledge of Microsoft and Google’s G Suite programs, have solid written and oral communication skills, be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision, highly organized, and maintain the highest standards of program, project, and duty execution. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some higher education is preferred.
