What we're looking for: 

If you are an energetic person that is self-motivated with great communication, listening, and organizational skills with demonstrated success, you are the individual that we are looking for.

Currently, some of our most successful salespeople have come from non-automotive, retail sales, or management positions! Prior retail sales experience is desirable, but prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We encourage only candidates that are looking for a career, not a job, to apply.

  • Guaranteed base salary, with volume bonuses directly tied to customer satisfaction along with money paid directly from the manufacturers. Realistic 1st year earnings of $50,000+. There is no cap or limit to the income earned.  You will be paid on your individual performance!

Responsibilities:

  • Approach, greet, offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership. 
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers. 
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. 
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of prior Retail or Management experience helpful, but not required for the right person.
  • Proven track record in growing and developing customer relationships.
  • A demonstrated passion to learn and grow professionally.
  • Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A proven ability for growth professionally and demonstrated earnings growth.
  • A stable employment record; seeking a long-term sales career.
