We are looking for someone who is an exceptionally personable, ambitious, entrepreneurial, self-starter to join our sales team. We welcome you to work from your home anywhere in the United States. The role will report directly to the Business Development Advisor in Palmetto Florida, who will implement sales targets and track account growth. Pay will Commensurate with your experience!!
You must have the ability to build strong rapport and establish trust through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow up. Candidates must be able to manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of growth. This a major opportunity for personal financial growth via commissions only. The weekly compensation stated below is based on your own performance. Possible weekly draws are an option.

Geographical knowledge of your sales region.
Prefer previous cannabis experience in the industry.
Passion for business development.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Experience in driving new product and business opportunities and working cross-functionally.
Outbound lead experience.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Track and report progress and growth to the Business Development Advisor.
Must be at least 21 years old
