Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Post open positions, screen high volumes of resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Perform recruitment outreach through advertisements in college/schools mailing list, LinkedIn Boolean search to heighten the visibility of the company’s job openings.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to schedule video and onsite interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding all new hires, including but not limited to background checks, reference checks, pre-hire requests and coordinate with IT& Compliance to onboard new hires.
  • Proficiently use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to better facilitate business operations.
  • Create and maintain HR files (on/off-boarding paperwork, training record, travel expense, etc.) in accordance with employment law requirements.
  • Improve and support various training programs (Employee Mentor Program, Chinese Learning Lunch)
  • Plan and execute different conferences and college job fairs.
  • Source and analyze third party vendors and deliver a comprehensive spreadsheet.
  • Provide additional administrative support to HR Manager and performs other related assignments and special projects as may be required.
  • Document Translation



  • Minimum Bachelor's degree of human resources management related major
  • Written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin preferred)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality
  • Advanced multitasking skills to organize and manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
