Human Resources Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager who will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting performance and wage reviews.

• Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

• Ensure organization and job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.

• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

• Investigate, resolve employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.

• Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.

• Experience in human resources or related fields.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
