As a Legal and Executive Assistant to the Associate General Counsel, you will perform a full range of advanced, legal, and administrative support activities for the Associate General Counsel and other members of the Executive Leadership Team. You may assist one or more executives in a staff capacity by handling a wide variety of tasks supporting the initiatives of the Legal Department, Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors. You will be exposed to and provide support in highly confidential and sensitive matters that will require extreme discretion and the utmost professionalism.
§ Assist with the preparation and review of contracts;
§ Maintain and update records in Sharepoint, including corporate records, meeting minutes, and contracts;
§ Assist in drafting, proofreading, revising, and formatting various correspondence and documentation;
§ Prepare corporate resolutions;
§ Prepare annual reports and other corporate filings required to maintain good corporate standing in the companies’ jurisdictions;
§ Serve as the liaison between the Associate General Counsel and other internal and external contacts;
§ Resolve and respond to legal invoice inquiries;
§ Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments, complete domestic and international travel arrangements, and coordinate off-site meetings and related arrangements;
§ Prepare presentations and other documents for a wide variety of audiences, including the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and Senior Management Team;
§ Prepare and submit expense reports; and
§ Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education and Qualifications
§ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position;
§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal assistant, executive assistant, or paralegal role; and
§ Preferred 2-3 years’ demonstrated experience within a corporate paralegal or legal assistant role.
