Job Description

Do you have strong organizational skills? Are you able to meet deadlines? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring Administrative Assistant for company in Arroyo Grande.

Key duties and details for Administrative Assistant:

  • Front desk, reception and provide clerical support for HR, Accounting, General Manager, Sales Team, Estimators and Project Managers
  • Act as liaison between various office and field personnel
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Run local errands as needed
  • Daytime schedule: $18.00 - $20.00/hr
  • Approximately 32 hours per week
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
  • Paid weekly, direct deposit available
