Duties and details for Administrative | Dispatch Coordinator:
- Coordinate and prioritize office duties
- Receive and dispatch incoming calls
- Schedule, coordinate and dispatch service providers
- Receive, process and review samples
- Customer support
- Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts between 7am-10pm, Saturday, shifts between 8am-7pm and Sunday, shifts between 8am-5pm (shifts will rotate on a monthly basis)
- Pay rate $16.00-$18.00/hr
- Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision and Term-Life Insurance Benefits
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Administrative | Dispatch Coordinator:
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!
- Clean DMV driving record
