We are seeking a Construction Office Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a small family owned business, so willingness to learn and wear multiple hats is a must.
- Pull permits
- Order equipment and materials
- Maintain files and store lists
- Assist with bidding projects
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Construction knowledge a plus!
Pay will depend on experience.
