Entry Level Customer Service Coordinator
Full Time, some Saturdays
Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining long-term follow up with customers.
Assist manager with monitoring email, responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle services
Record customer information in the required database
Contact customers that are due for service and or recalls
Contact Subaru Starlink clients that are in need of assistance and assist with scheduling an appointment or questions.
Responding to online reviews
Misc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent written skill is a must
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
