Job Summary

Luna is currently looking for strong, experienced outside sales representatives for in-home sales in the Massachusetts and South Eastern New Hampshire areas. Our new program provides an opportunity for $5300 in addition to your commissions over the first 90 days of running leads.

About the Job: Average sales compensation of $50k - $80k first year, plus bonuses and incentives. Top earners make $80K - $100K+. Huge earning potential - no salary cap. QUALIFIED leads generated through extensive company-paid advertising. All your advertising is being done for you, we give you the leads, the technology and the mentoring, now all you have to do is CLOSE!

This position is straight commission; there is no base salary but the EARNINGS ARE UNLIMITED BASED ON YOUR EFFORT!

This is an outside sales employee position including the following initial compensation:

• Get paid $700 a week X 4 weeks while learning the business and starting to run leads
• Get paid $500 bonus after you have written your first 5 orders
• Get paid $1,000 bonus after you have run leads on 30 separate days
• Get paid another $1,000 bonus after you have run leads on 90 separate days
• Monthly auto allowance and cellular telephone allowance and ability to enroll in company healthcare and 401(k) benefits programs.

We want to ensure all new Outside Sales Representatives have the financial incentive to join the company, commit to the information sharing/mentoring process, and know they can start running leads and still have guaranteed income while they get into the groove of the sales process. We know by the end of the initial 90 days, our Outside Sales Representatives are solidly "off and running" on their way to highly successful and lucrative sales careers with Luna!

Luna, the flooring pros, have faithfully served thousands of customers with the best value in carpet, hardwood and laminate for over 50 years. We are the innovator of the Shop-At-Home experience allowing consumers to view flooring samples in the comfort of their own home. If you have in-home sales experience, especially in one-call close situations, then you have the ability to be successful at Luna!

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• DAILY TRAVEL throughout THE BOSTON METRO AREA & SOUTHEASTERN NEW HAMPSHIRE area to conduct "in home" customer visits and present products and services
• Attend ongoing training regarding sales initiatives and product offerings
• Create and exhibit a sense of ownership
• Achieve sales goals set by company
• Continuously network and develop new business - EXTRA COMMISSION EARNED FOR SELF GENERATED LEADS!

Job Requirements:

• High level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit is crucial
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred, but will consider without

• Willingness to learn a tablet-like PC as a sales and measuring tool

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle to transport samples.
