Luminator is seeking an Salesforce and Zendesk Administrator to join our sales operations team at our office in Plano, TX or Bothell, WA


The Salesforce and Zendesk Administrator will interact with other members of the sales operations, outside sales, marketing, project and product management, customer service, and technical supports teams. The primary goal of the position is to support day to day operations, develop workflows to deliver maximum efficiency of the platform, and maintain best practices and security of the organization's Salesforce and Zendesk platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Provide general administrative duties related to Salesforce and Zendesk including data entry and updates

+ Maintain onboarding and offboarding of users

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues

+ Safely implement solutions and configuration changes while considering the downstream impact

+ Regularly participate in industry webinars, seminars, and training to adopt best practices and tool improvements

+ Work with leadership team to address any workflow concerns or opportunities for improvement within the systems

+ Manage operational requests, prioritizing them against business priorities

+ Identify operational weaknesses and help improve processes

+ Promote user adoption of Salesforce and Zendesk throughout the organization

+ Ensure data integrity and compliance with business operations

+ Strong team player with project management skills, and the ability to develop effective working relationships across organization, including global teams

+ Participate in workflow structure decisions prioritizing customer experience

+ Other duties as assigned

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience

+ 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience

+ Zendesk Administrator experience with the Support Suite (Support, Talk, Guide, Chat, Explore), and Knowledge Base

+ Proficient in MS Office
