We are fast growing firm seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to to join us.

- May include mail, sorting, scanning or delivery.
- Work closely with the owner of the company to manage schedule and calendar, organize and coordinate all travels, and overall support executive.
- Liaison with other departments, teams, staff.
- Responds effectively and efficiently to client requests.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- No degree required.
- A minimum of 1 year of high-level administrative experience.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to work Monday through Friday.
- The ability to handle front desk and admin duties.
- Preferred: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
