We are seeking a Client Services Director to join our Asset Optimization and Commercialization team, which serves our clients by enabling them to optimize the value and impact of their assets by developing comprehensive commercial strategy, providing powerful insights and consulting expertise.

The Client Services Director will contribute to the profitability of the group through effective and efficient business development opportunities. The Client Services Director will build strong client relationships at the highest level that ensures repeat business and focus on account planning for growth within key current accounts.

Additional duties and responsibilities include:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities by expanding current accounts
  • Build strong client relationships at the highest level to ensure repeat business with that client
  • Contribute to new business proposals and participate in pitches
  • Maximize the chance of repeat business by meeting with clients, keeping in regular contact and upselling wherever possible
  • Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to ensure Asset Optimization and Commercialization is recognized for thought leadership, project excellence and innovation above and beyond our competitors
  • Work with US CEO & Global Head of BD on identifying core targets and plan account development and growth, including increased levels of repeat business year on year
  • Work effectively both independently and as a part of a high-powered team Competency guidelines
  • Able to travel (including overnight) as required which could be up to 20%
  • Ad hoc projects as necessary
  • Requirements

  • A strong track record at business generation both with new and existing clients
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of market research and the healthcare industry
  • Ability to think commercially and creatively and work as a true partner with the business
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Effective in building rapport with senior leadership, and interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker, able to assess, recommend strategies
  • Professional attitude and flexible consultative approach, with a real passion for learning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail in both written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
