Job Description
Title: Senior Director or Vice President of Clinical Services Reports to Chief Medical Officer Job Summary: The National SD / VP of Clinical Services will plan, direct and coordinate clinical, medical and health services at Lucid Lane. What you will accomplish: You are responsible for managing, planning, directing, coordinating, measuring and delivering world class clinical services to the patients and providers of Lucid Lane. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape Lucid Lane's clinical tele-health services which are at the core of what we do and are the most important contributor to our revenue growth. The ideal candidate has Healthcare Administrator experience and is an expert at managing large organizations of 100s of providers delivering world class clinical services through tele-health to 10,000s of patients on a monthly basis. Supervisory Responsibilities: ● Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, therapists, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other staff. ● Measures and delivers clinical service level commitments to our patients and providers across the entire clinical staff. Builds plans and processes to meet and exceed our service level commitments by delivering a very high quality of service. ● Plan, implement and administer programs and services including human resource administration, training, performance reviews and coordination of medical, therapists, nursing and other staff. ● Establish objectives and evaluative operational criteria for managed departments and staff. Duties/Responsibilities: ● Conducts and administers fiscal operations including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures and coordinating financial reporting of the professional corporations in coordination with accounting. ● Maintains communication among senior leadership, medical and clinical staff and department heads by attending meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. ● Directs or conducts recruitment, hiring and training of staff. Establishes work schedules and assignments for staff. ● Monitors capacity and utilization of the clinical staff to ensure effective use of resources and assesses the need for additional staff and services. ● Collaborate with product and IT to integrate our digital platform into the clinical pathway and services we deliver. Manages the integrated tele-health delivery systems to ensure that the clinical team is fully integrated into our digital platform and utilizing it as required by the company. ● Consults with clients and partners to discuss service problems, responds to client needs, enhances client relations, coordinates activities and plans with the clients and delivers and exceeds our service level commitments to the clients. Required Skills/Abilities: ● Strong management and customer service skills. ● Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare environment. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Comfortable interacting with senior level leadership. ● Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals. Education and Experience: ● Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required. ● 10 or more years of related experience required in a hospital or digital health company.
