Lucas Oil Products, Inc., a premium additive and lubricant company, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to sell our high-quality products to existing and new customers in our Pacific Northwest Territory.
We seek a candidate who can work independently in a designated territory with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Previous experience selling packaged and bulk petroleum products is preferred.
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for soliciting new business throughout a defined sales territory. You will be responsible for calling on existing accounts and new business opportunities, and work with customers and management in identifying sales and service opportunities. You are required to maintain close contact with accounts and prospects to provide sales solutions and service support programs. You will also be required to generate sales reports, expense reports and other reports as may be required by the company.
This position pays a base salary plus a commission program. A company car, cell phone, laptop and full health benefits, 401(k) with generous match.
Requirements/ Skills: 3+ years outside selling experience in the Industrial and Heavy-Duty Markets, New Business Prospecting, Strong presentation/selling/closing skills. Maintain customer data base, Excellent people skills/ Organizational skills, Remain current on industry developments and emerging trends. Competency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more at times as needed. Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Clean driving record.
