Graphic Designer

Summary

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating concepts, graphics, and layouts to create cohesive designs that reflect LuLaRoe’s culture and brand message.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Acknowledge and adhere to LuLaRoe’s policies

  • Maintain knowledge of LuLaRoe mainline product

  • Effectively communicate with all levels of LuLaRoe personnel

  • Availability to work overtime and some weekends

  • Cross-train as required

  • Build and maintain partnerships with teammates and lines of business to maximize effectiveness

  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer service

  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current business needs

  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics

  • Put together disparate elements of a design created by other professionals, such as icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design

  • Consult with marketing, communications and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect LuLaRoe’s cultures and goals

  • Work with a wide range of media and use various graphic design software

  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts

  • Create and communicate end of day report as necessary

  • Any other duties as directed by leadership

Qualification

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline

  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation

  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript

  • 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency

  • Experience working with WordPress templates

Language Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as emails and spreadsheets

  • Must be fluent in reading and writing in English

  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to absorb, retain, and execute directions as they apply to work-related duties

  • Ability to improve processes using critical thinking skills

Other - Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to follow directions

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must be a team player

  • Ability to collaborate and contribute in an effort to meet team deliverables

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Ability to work within the operating hours and days for this position as established by lead and/or manager

  • Proven history of dependability

  • Maintain and exhibit professionalism within and outside of LuLaRoe

  • Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Up to date knowledge of industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

  • Adaptive skill and eye for design

  • Possession of a creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
