Other Information: The Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago is an AACSB accredited institution. It presently has approximately 2,000 undergraduate and 600+ graduate students, 75 full-time faculty and six endowed chairs. The School is located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, just west of Michigan Avenue and Chicago's historical Water Tower. This location provides the School with close connections to Chicago's business communities. The School also operates academic and executive programs in Rome, Vietnam, and China, among other campuses. The School supports an undergraduate business curriculum, which 2 includes a major and minor in Finance, an evening MBA program with both full-time and part-time students, an EMBA and other executive education programs, and several specialties masters programs including a Master of Science in Finance. Quinlan's undergraduate business program was recently ranked No. 79 (U.S. News & World Report, 2019) and the Finance program was ranked No. 20 in the nation by the 2019 U.S. News & World Report.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Department of Finance at Loyola University Chicago invites applicants to apply for a clinical, non tenure-track appointment in Finance department beginning in Fall 2019. The position begins in late August 2019 and ends early May 2020. The teaching load will be seven courses during the academic year. Applicants with previous teaching experience in Finance, as well as business experience, preferably in the Chicago metropolitan area, are preferred. Recent research activities in Finance or related fields are recommended.
Responsibilities will include the following: The successful candidate will teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses related to Finance, with a focus on Investments and Financial Derivatives. Specific course assignments might include Introduction to Investments, Portfolio Management, and Introduction to Derivatives. The successful candidate will be a thought-leader in this dynamic evolving area and work with colleagues to develop and maintain an appropriate curriculum.

Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications include a minimum of an earned master's degree in business administration, math/statistics, or a related field; leadership experience in business; and teaching experience.
