Executive Administrator Our firm is seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrator who is able to support and empower senior management. The ideal person will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills. You should have previous experience working in an office environment performing administrative duties and providing support to senior management.

The firm will rely on the Executive Administrator for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidentiality related to high-level communications and operations. Objectives of this Role With the primary responsibility of supporting the President both personally and professionally, provide support to the management committee as directed to ensure that firm goals and objectives are met, most importantly serving our clients. Maintain and refine internal processes that provide support to not only the management committee, but the whole firm. Manage communications between the President and clients, liaising with internal and external executives and colleagues on various tasks. Plan and organize work, calendars, and meetings to ensure the president and the management committee’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
