We are seeking an outgoing social guru that is very skilled in the art of networking and building relationships. This is an exciting role that is made for an outgoing people person that enjoys, making connections, building relationships, and can successfully identify new leads, and opportunities to help our agency grow. Relationships and revenue growth will be at the heart of everything you do.
You will spend the majority of your time out of the office networking and building business relationships with the goal of bringing business into the agency. We need someone who is energetic and driven with a winning spirit to join our super successful and proven marketing department. This role comes with wonderful support from a dynamic team that shares your desire to be the best. We've created an award-winning sales process to help you create sales, grow your network, and love your job every day!
Role Description:
- Attend numerous networking events each week to create relationships and business opportunities
- Tap personal and professional network for referral business and new relationships
- Work with operations team to produce and deliver quotes for home, auto, and other products and services
- Create or continue to build a social media presence to promote how you can help people
- Follow up on leads and contacts gained from events
Important Qualities:
- A confident self-starter who works well independently
- Excellent Communicator (well written/spoken)
- Experience with in-person sales situations
- Must be awesome at making things happen and creating opportunities
- Excellent customer service (follow-up, account management)
- Strong work ethic
- A born leader
- Doesn't let a "no" discourage them from winning
