The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our customers by providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses on calls, completing correspondence, and processing work queues to ensure successful fulfillment of part orders. Our ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, can work well under stress, and is able to multitask.
Training Schedule (2 Weeks):
- Start Date: Monday, December 2nd
- Monday - Friday; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Schedule After Training:
- Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday ; 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Days Off:Sunday & Wednesday
Compensation:
- Base rate of $14 per hour
- $1.00 weekend differential on Saturday
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with orders, product questions, etc.
- Accurately and efficiently identifying customer needs and addressing appropriately with one-call resolution
- Responding to LMC customer inquiries regarding recent part orders that require ship tracking investigation, a refund or processing a reship for incorrect parts received, damaged parts received, or part(s) missing from shipment following LMC's best practices, procedures, and policies
- Correctly entering in customer information and notes
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular attendance required
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 months Customer Service experience, required
- Experience with one-call resolution/one-step customer service, required
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Proven typing speed of 30 wpm (min.), required
- Computer Skills
- Telephone Skills
- Math Skills
- Reading Comprehension
- Attention to detail
- Call Center experience, preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
