Long Island Bird & Exotics Veterinary Clinic (LIBEVC) is growing fast and looking for veterinarian assistants to join our team!
At LIBEVC we practice the highest quality medicine and surgery. We are an Avian and Exotic Pet medicine Specialty Hospital with excellent mentorship. Our clinic provides advanced diagnostics such as endoscopy, CT scan, a surgical suite and in house blood work for our exotics. We pride ourselves in providing quality care with high ethical standards. We provide training, and a strong team of support staff.
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for birds, exotics and wildlife. You enjoy a fast paced work environment and are eager to learn. You are detail oriented, respond quickly and calmly to crises, and maintain high standards of patient care. You communicate clearly and can ensure that patients receive the care that they need. Previous experience preferred, but we will train a motivated candidate.
