Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule client appointments for drop off and pick up
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Log firearms into and out of the compliance A&D book
  • Run credit cards on machine
  • Monitor company emails not your Facebook, twitter, snap or other social accounts! Bonus points if you actually read this

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is very important
  • ​Strong organizational skills
